Welcome to Coach Kyle Baseball (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our website, booking lessons, or participating in our programs, you (“you,” “your,” “player,” or “parent/guardian”) agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Services Provided

Coach Kyle Baseball offers private and group baseball lessons, training programs, and player development services. Lessons may be held at designated fields, facilities, or other approved locations.

2. Eligibility

  • Players under 18 must have a parent/guardian complete bookings and provide consent.

  • All participants must be in good physical condition to engage in baseball activities. Parents/guardians acknowledge the physical nature of training and assume responsibility for their child’s participation.

3. Lesson Bookings & Payments

  • Lessons must be booked in advance through our website or scheduling system.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, electronic payment platforms, or other approved methods.

  • Packages must be used within the specified time frame (e.g., 3 or 6 months from purchase). Unused sessions may expire.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Individual Lessons: Must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.

  • Group Lessons: May not be rescheduled; missed sessions are non-refundable.

  • Late Arrivals: Lessons will end at the scheduled time regardless of arrival time.

  • Coach Kyle Baseball reserves the right to reschedule lessons due to weather, field conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Refund Policy

  • Payments for completed lessons are non-refundable.

  • Packages are refundable within 7 days of purchase if no lessons have been used.

  • No refunds are provided for no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the lesson.

6. Player Conduct

All players are expected to:

  • Arrive on time and prepared with proper equipment.

  • Demonstrate respect for coaches, teammates, and facilities.

  • Follow safety guidelines and instructions.

We reserve the right to remove players from lessons or programs for unsafe or inappropriate behavior without refund.

7. Health & Safety

  • Parents/guardians must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or limitations before participation.

  • Participation is at your own risk. By booking, you acknowledge the inherent risks of physical activity and release Coach Kyle Baseball from liability for injuries sustained during lessons, except in cases of gross negligence.

  • In case of emergency, you authorize us to seek appropriate medical care for the player.

8. Use of Media

By participating in lessons, you grant Coach Kyle Baseball permission to capture photos or videos of training sessions for coaching, educational, and promotional purposes. If you do not consent, please notify us in writing.

9. Intellectual Property

All lesson plans, training materials, videos, and content provided by Coach Kyle Baseball remain our intellectual property and may not be copied, distributed, or resold without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coach Kyle Baseball is not responsible for:

  • Injuries sustained during participation.

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

  • Third-party services (e.g., payment processors, scheduling platforms).

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance.
